LOCATION: ADERNO WAY, PACIFIC PALISADES
It was time to replace this old deck. We essentially kept to the same footprint with a major exception: We added slightly more space by cantilevering perimeter but more importantly, we redesigned the steps to create a landing that not only afforded the clients extra yard space, but also allowed for a gentle transition from the upper deck area to the yard below.
